    I have very conflicting points here. I have had two appraisals done by them and both time the people have been good and the appraisals have been fine. Some minor issue but that happens. The problems is that no matter how good you may be if you can't get things done in a timely manner it is bad. Synder appraisal is SOOOOOO SLOW. They way to long to schedule the appointment. It takes weeks to get the appraisal back. So if you want to close on time you might want to think about someone else, or be ready to call and get updates everyday from them to keep things moving. I called to keep things moving and still missed closing. In fact we missed it so bad that we had to redo all the paperwork because the documents expired, I didn't even know that could happen
